COL Holland was commissioned as an Infantry Officer in 1996 after graduating from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. He has a Master of Science in Telecommunications from University of Colorado and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. He became a Functional Area 24 Telecommunications Systems Engineering officer in 2007. He was then selected for the Army’s newest branch, Cyber Warfare, in 2015. COL Holland was appointed as the Army Capability Manager – Electronic Warfare in July 2020.
