Col. Rob Ryan
Chief of Operations, Army Futures Command Network Cross-Functional Team, U.S. Army
Col. Robert Ryan currently serves as the Chief of Operations for the Army’s Network Cross-Functional Team (CFT), and previously served as the Acting Deputy Director. The Network CFT is responsible for the focused integration of network, command, control, communications and intelligence to enable mission command across the network. As the lead for operations, he drives the integration and synchronization of the cross-functional team; leads current and future operational planning and execution; and serves as a key liaison to the operational force. COL Ryan, an Infantry Officer, previously served as an Infantry Brigade Combat Team Commander for the 3rd Brigade, 25th Infantry Division where he was responsible for making ready the Army warfighting ground component in response to military requested support (from natural disasters to high-intensity armed conflict) for the Indo-Pacific Combatant Commander.
